Given the current health situation we have put into place some protective measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
In our agency, desks are fitted with protective glass and hand sanitizer is at your disposal at the entrance. We thank you in advance to respect the 1-metre distancing rule and for additional safety there is a limit of 2 customers in the agency at any time. Your keys will be disinfected before we hand them over to you and again when you return them to us.
We guarantee that your accommodation has been cleaned and disinfected using antiviral disinfectant liquid (to 14476 specifications) on all shared points of contact and surfaces. This procedure accompanies our normal cleaning procedure.
Our cleaning staff and partners are equipped with single-use masks and gloves for the duration of each of their tasks.
For stays of 2 weeks or more, bed linen changeover service is possible half-way through your stay (please contact us in advance to check availability and to arrange a time).
The ‘1h daily clean’ service (excludes Saturdays) is included in the rental.
We kindly ask you to leave your accommodation by the latest at 10am on your departure date and to leave the keys in the dedicated box at the agency; or inside the letter box at the entrance should you leave before 8am.
All of our team are on hand and available to guarantee a pleasant stay in the best sanitary conditions.
