WHERE TO PARK IN AVORIAZ?

For added peace of mind we recommend that you book your parking space on-line and in advance on the official Avoriaz parking website: www.avoriazparkings.com

Some of our apartments come with their own private parking space in the Plateau parking. These spaces are available for rent at the public rate and subject to availability.

HOW DO I BEST MANAGE MY ARRIVAL AND DEPATURE?

Once parked, we recommend that you come directly to our rental agency (open from 9am) to check-in and pick-up your keys (from 5pm) and lift passes etc. To access your accommodation, you may then take a sleigh or snow vehicle from the welcome centre which is situated 100m from our agency.

In summer, shuttles and the free fun train operate in the resort.

Avoriaz is a car-free resort and everything is accessible on foot.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

AT WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

On arrival, all guests should make their way to our ‘Centrale Locative’ agency situated in the Elinka residence where they will be directed towards their accommodation. All rentals begin from 5pm.

Should you arrive between 9am and 5pm please come to our agency to announce your arrival and fill-in the check-in paperwork. Your keys will be available after 5pm and we will contact you when your apartment is ready.

Should you arrive after 10pm your keys may be collected from the 24h welcome centre. Please come to our agency the following day to formally check-in.

For Premium guests, an apartment or chalet check must be carried out on arrival with a member of staff. You may arrange an appointment upon arrival at the agency while you pick-up your keys. Accommodation checks are also mandatory on departure and appointments can be made from arrival date up to 48 hours before departure. 

AT WHAT TIME IS DEPARTURE?

All accommodation must be vacated by 10am on departure day and keys returned at our Elinka agency. If our agency is closed you may leave the keys in the letter box on the bottom-left of the front door. All departures after 10am will be invoiced 1/14th of the weekly rate of your accommodation rental.

Missing keys are invoiced at 55€ for apartments or 100€ for Premium lets. Lift keys and ski locker keys are invoiced at 30€.

WHERE DO I BUY LIFT PASSES?

Buy your lift passes from our agency to benefit from exclusive discounts. Book in advance to pick them up with your keys and avoid queuing at the ticket office. The sooner you book the bigger the discount.

Covid-19

WILL I BE REFUNDED IN THE EVENT AVORIAZ RESORT IS CLOSED BECAUSE OF COVID-19?

Should Avoriaz 1800 resort be closed on your scheduled arrival day we guarantee a full refund. This refund is made up of a 95% immediate refund with a 5% credit note which you may use against your next booking at the Centrale Locative within the following 18 months.
